AssetWatch is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of their AI native platform and define what best-in-class industrial UX looks like.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to pixel-perfect execution
- Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions
- Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go to market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements
- Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into your design approach
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the design team
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing captivating user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- 5 - 7+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, platform products, or data visualization-heavy experiences
- Active collaborator with developers to implement designs, with a working knowledge of front-end development principles
- Mastery of design systems, usability testing, accessibility principles, and user research methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design-related field (or equivalent practical experience)
