As a Senior Designer, you will oversee design projects from conception to delivery and maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects. You will also support the Creative/Art Director in conceptualizing original design solutions and guide junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels
- Design online and offline marketing collaterals
- Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy
- Design graphics, presentations, and infographics
- Receiving and understanding design briefs
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts
- Liaise with marketing and wider design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Support junior Graphic designers' work to ensure high quality and champion brand consistency
Requirements
- BA (hons) Graphic/Visual/Multimedia design
- Proven design examples/portfolio of work at required level
- At least 8 years of overall experience
- Fluent in Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects )
- Expert typography/layout knowledge
- Ability to manage own workload and changing demands
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong collaborative skills
- A can-do and flexible approach
- Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast pace environment
- Self-management and ownership
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects )
