Full-time Senior

As a Lead Product Designer, you will guide product direction and raise design quality while shaping new experiences. You will partner with PM and Engineering to define long-term user experience goals and lead initiatives to clarify ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with PM and Engineering to guide strategic product areas end to end
  • Lead 0 to 1 initiatives by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Lead product thinking by framing problems and guiding discussions
  • Facilitate discovery efforts, including interviews, insight synthesis, and workflow mapping
  • Simplify complex systems through clear information architecture and interaction design

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing complex systems, platforms, or products with multi-layered workflows
  • Strong track record of leading product initiatives and shaping direction
  • Deep experience partnering with engineering teams and navigating technical constraints
