As a Lead Product Designer, you will guide product direction and raise design quality while shaping new experiences. You will partner with PM and Engineering to define long-term user experience goals and lead initiatives to clarify ambiguous problems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PM and Engineering to guide strategic product areas end to end
- Lead 0 to 1 initiatives by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems
- Lead product thinking by framing problems and guiding discussions
- Facilitate discovery efforts, including interviews, insight synthesis, and workflow mapping
- Simplify complex systems through clear information architecture and interaction design
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing complex systems, platforms, or products with multi-layered workflows
- Strong track record of leading product initiatives and shaping direction
- Deep experience partnering with engineering teams and navigating technical constraints

- Product thinking and hands-on craft
- Ability to bring teams together around clear, user-centered solutions
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows
