Design intuitive mobile app interfaces and conduct user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- Designing Intuitive Mobile and Portals User Interfaces: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app interfaces that align with the company's brand and enhance overall usability
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and use these insights to inform design decisions
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ensure seamless user interactions
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, translate them into design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency across all mobile app interfaces and facilitate efficient design workflows
- User Experience Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving the user experience and collaborate with the team to implement iterative design changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in mobile app design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered mobile app designs
- Expertise in Figma
- Solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to apply them to create intuitive and seamless app interfaces
