Footwear Product Designer role at Dolomite, responsible for designing advanced and comprehensive product solutions aligned with the company's design philosophies.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead all design aspects with compelling visual concepts
- Unleash creativity with sketches, design renderings, and 3D tooling designs
- Coordinate resources to create a unique and cohesive footwear design direction
- Collecting insights through observing, product testing, research and working closely with athletes/end users
- Drive 3D development coordination and align footwear collections with apparel and socks
Requirements
- Degree in Product or Industrial Design or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' hands-on experience designing products
- Familiarity with contemporary sports and fashion culture and trends
Key Skills
- Ideation, sketching and visual presentation
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and 3D modelling software
