A fintech company is seeking a Founding Product Designer to join their team and build a category-defining platform for industrial finance.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product experience: Design every flow and interaction end-to-end, from onboarding to complex payment workflows
- Build a design system from scratch: Define components, patterns, behaviours, and visual standards that work across old PCs, new MacBooks, and eventually mobile
- Turn real customer pain into simple UX: Translate feedback from contractors, manufacturers, and distributors into clear, intuitive workflows
Requirements
- 4–8 years as an IC Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work, complex flows, and tangible outcomes
- Experience owning end-to-end product design (from discovery to QA)
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work, complex flows, and tangible outcomes
- Experience owning end-to-end product design (from discovery to QA)
- Comfort designing complex systems/workflows (B2B/fintech a plus)
