Senior UI/UX Designer

Gallagher is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to join their agile team and improve product digital experience across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with brand standards yet moves the brand to new visual experiences with user research and business goals
• Concept modern designs for products and websites taking our current designs and components and evolving to the next generation of design and experience keeping accessibility standards and responsive design top of mind
• Collaborate with Digital Experience team and design review process
• Transform ambiguous thoughts and ideas into impactful experiences
• Collaborate, create, and maintain digital design systems that can be shared with internal teams and agencies, designers, and development teams across Gallagher using Figma and other tools

Requirements

• Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience or more with a degree in HCI, art, design, or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Design portfolio that showcases design work for B2B sites and transforming brands
• Experienced with digital concept development from UX and storyboarding, ideation, prototyping, responsive design and creation using multiple tools and testing work

Key Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Experience with Photoshop
• Proven ability to develop innovative and engaging design solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
