Specialist / Senior Specialist - SAP Fiori UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable Fiori experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable Fiori experiences adhering to SAP Fiori design guidelines and UI/UX best practices for web and mobile Fiori apps
• Actively engage with developers, functional and business colleagues as part of the design process
• Ensure all Fiori apps have best practice UI/UX, done in an efficient and cost-effective manner to ensure maximum user adoption of Fiori applications

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff
• Good knowledge of SAP standard Fiori application designs in S/4HANA systems
• Solid knowledge of SAP Fiori design guidelines, floorplans (e.g., Overview Page, List Report/Object Page, Worklist, Analytical List Page), Freestyle apps and SAPUI5 controls
• Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript) sufficient to collaborate effectively with SAPUI5 developers
• Good experience planning and conducting user workshops, research and usability testing, and translating findings into Fiori design decisions
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x), colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader considerations
• Proficient in creating user flows, information architecture, and interaction design for CRUD, search/filter/sort, and approval workflows
• Experience with SAP BTP Work Zone and SAP S/4HANA Launchpad, SAPUI5 web/mobile apps and role-based UI layouts
• Exposure to OData-driven UIs, Smart Controls, and SAP Fiori Adaptation Frameworks
• Knowledge of Fiori custom theming (e.g., based on SAP Quartz/Horizon) and light/dark mode considerations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum with Azure DevOps and collaborating via Git-based workflows with developers
