Join Great Learning as a UX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences that help millions of learners succeed. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and educators to design solutions that balance business goals, learner needs, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for features and products — from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Translate complex learning journeys into simple, accessible interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
- Contribute to and evolve Great Learning’s design system
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in UX/Product Design (EdTech or consumer apps preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, Principle, etc.)
- Experience in user research, journey mapping, and service design
- Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices
