Join Gen as a Principal UX Designer, Design Systems, to drive the CSMD Design System and pair meticulous systems thinking with hands-on design chops to raise the bar for quality and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Evolve & scale the CSMD Design Systems
- Partner closely with Product, Brand, and Engineering to deliver modern, cohesive experiences
- Lead craft & critiques
- Audit & advance
- Empower contributors
- Stay ahead of the curve
- Champion the system
- Adopt and leverage AI tools
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX, product, or related design fields
- 4+ years in a dedicated design-systems role
- Exceptional design craft with a strong portfolio in visual interface design
- Extensive proficiency in Figma
- Solid knowledge of the foundations of engineering principles for best practices with design systems, tokenization, and component architecture
