Design and develop high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, and digital ads. Create and edit compelling animation videos for marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, flyers, digital ads, and social media creatives.
• Create and edit compelling animation videos to be used across digital marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.
• Continuously evolve and refine Menthum's brand identity in line with current trends and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and graphic design projects.
• Proficient in animation tools and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
