Senior Graphic Designer

A B2B marketing organization is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to provide expertise and support in all phases of design for brand initiatives, marketing campaigns and creative assets. The role involves collaborating closely with the Creative director and account directors to lead the creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Creative director and account directors to lead the creative thinking
• Own the creative process from concepting to preparing final files based on supplied specifications for all types of outlets
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation for various needs
• Package and prepare files for release to media partners, etc.
• Understanding of how to design for brands and work within a brand guideline
• Develop creative layouts for digital ads, presentations, email campaigns, digital (and print) brochures, white papers, and similar marketing materials

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar
• A Bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design, or a related field
• A digital-focused portfolio of completed graphics and designs
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (XD and Figma a plus!)
• Proven experience with digital content, such as social media, online advertising, and email campaigns
