Mace is seeking a results-driven professional to contribute to the successful delivery of world-class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. The role involves creative ideation, design project management, and leading creative support for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to creative ideation and interpret briefs for digital projects
- Present design concepts, act on feedback, and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Manage design projects end-to-end, balancing short and long-term workloads
- Apply user-centred design principles to enhance experience and accessibility
- Lead creative support for marketing campaigns, including emails, infographics, and interactive content
- Project manage photo and video shoots, budgets, and technical requirements
- Maintain and optimise the Mace Image Library with accurate tagging and metadata
- Monitor engagement trends and champion continuous improvement and sustainability goals
Requirements
- Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential
- 6+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential
- Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage
