Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application used across multiple operational teams. Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application
- Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations
- Partner with product, engineering, and data to define, design, and deliver features that improve operational efficiency and transparency
- Create new interaction patterns and frameworks to replace legacy workflows
- Lead the development of a dedicated design system for internal tools
- Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery in a phased rollout environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with product teams to ship complex tools or consumer products
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills
- Proven experience designing for data-rich or workflow-heavy products
- Belief that internal tools can be both functional and beautiful
- Experience building or maintaining design systems from the ground up is a plus
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent industry experience required
