Rakuten Group is seeking a UX Strategy Section manager to lead the UX strategy group and improve the user journey of Rakuten Mobile business.

Requirements
- Experience in management position for more than 5 years
- Experience in UX design or Product Management
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Experience using design tools
- Knowledge and experience in user testing and gathering feedback
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects in large-scale and complex organizations
- Proficient Japanese and English language capability
