accessiBe is seeking a Product Designer who is experienced in AI-powered design and has a strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered features and products.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of AI-powered features and end-user experiences across products
- Use AI tools as part of daily creative process, from ideation and wireframing to content generation and design optimization
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data or ML teams to create smart, intuitive, and accessible interfaces
- Translate PRDs and GenAI feature specs into experiences that feel simple, safe, and empowering
- Push boundaries by actively experimenting with what AI can enable in product design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a high-tech or startup environment
- A strong portfolio with at least 5 product design examples, including AI-powered features or systems
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools in workflow, from ideation to content generation, wireframing, UI design, and user testing
- Proven experience designing GenAI features such as chat interfaces, AI copilots, smart content flows, personalization systems, or prompt-based tools
