Dentsu Creative is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team, with a focus on designing digital experiences for global brands. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and be proficient in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Responsibilities
- Design UI concepts, developer documentation, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with agile teams to design digital experiences for global brands
- Work on varied projects for domestic and international clients
- Push boundaries to create innovative design solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Design system experience and ability to maintain and evolve a structured UI component library
- Strong communication skills to present design rationale and collaborate effectively with teams
- Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing to optimize user experiences
