Must Haves : 1+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of work across mobile and web platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and refine high-quality user interfaces across mobile apps and web dashboards
- Create seamless micro-interactions and micro-animations that enhance usability and user delight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea to execution
- Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, intuitive experiences
- Conduct design testing, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions quickly
- Bring energy, passion, and design thinking into product discussions
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Product Design
- A solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or startup environments
- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, animation, and motion tools (Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Strong communication skills - you can explain your ideas clearly and defend your decisions gracefully
