Graphic Designer

Gallagher is seeking a Graphic Designer II to join their global Art Department, responsible for executing design concepts and contributing to creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for flawless execution of design concepts and accurate use of brand templates
• Interprets the creative brief accurately to inform the creation of marketing pieces, including print and digital executions and corporate materials
• Supports the Art Director and Copywriter in creation of deliverables and ensuring successful representation of the Gallagher brand
• Efficiently manages a high-volume of production of edits, updates, and revisions to existing production projects or templated creative
• Ensures that all work produced is accurate, high quality and technically correct
• Ensures a creative, consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports brand, visual, and messaging standards
• Continuously self-educating on best practices, industry trends and techniques and proactively uses the global Art Department team as a knowledge resource through questions and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design or similar
• 5+ years of related work experience in an agency or an agency-like environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop a must) and current graphic design tools and techniques required
• Professional and conversational fluency in English is a must
