We’re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products, defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies
- Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements
- Design scalable, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency
- Work closely with service designers, researchers, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences
- Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale
- Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis
- Iterate designs based on customer feedback, business needs, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product design or a related UX/UI role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user workflows, UI designs, and prototypes
- Proficient in Figma, Mural, and design/prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility
Key Skills
- Experience in digital commerce, fintech, or SaaS products
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user-centric design with business constraints
