Responsibilities
- Drive product alignment with stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality designs independently.
- Facilitate design reviews and share work with stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analyze findings to inform design decisions.
- Champion a user-first approach and ensure it's central to every design decision.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in user-centered design methods.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
