Senior Product Designer

TikTok is seeking a designer to work on internal tools and platforms to enable employees to accomplish their goals efficiently and productively.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of internal tools and platforms.
• Create and test rough prototypes early in the design process.
• Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers.
• Help make high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team.
• Contribute design thinking skills to other areas of the platform.
• Mentor junior or mid-level designers.

Requirements

• Experienced in designing and shipping end-to-end products involving deep technical domains, complex flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.
• Proven ability to empathize with and develop solutions for professional users.
• Ability to provide design variations and rationalize design choices.
• Ability to organize and communicate thoughts and motivations with different audiences.
• A keen eye for visual UI details.
