The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual elements that communicate complex information effectively. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, graphics, and infographics while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop visual design concepts that effectively communicate complex information to our customers
- Design and develop impactful content for our team, including user interfaces, graphics, illustrations, and infographics
- Prepare compelling presentations and content for prospects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with different teams to create visual content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials
- Manage and maintain the visual asset library, ensuring assets are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to cross-functional teams
- Simplify complex information and interactions through intuitive design, making them as straightforward as possible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design solutions, demonstrating creativity and proficiency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experience in creating visual designs that comply with industry regulations and standards (experience in healthcare IT is a plus)
