Graphic Designer – Marketing & Visual Design

You will be responsible for creating and optimizing communication materials for clients, including newsletters, social media posts, and marketing visuals. Your role will also involve collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to translate their needs into effective designs.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and optimize our communication media intended for our clients
• Create newsletters, social media posts, visuels for paid campaigns, events, brochures, partner content, marketing emails
• Create effective marketing visuals that capture attention, enhance key messages and encourage action
• Conceive and lay out PowerPoint presentations and internal/external documents that are clear, elegant and coherent
• Ensure impeccable layout: hierarchy, readability, visual consistency
• Respect and enhance our brand guidelines, while proposing relevant evolutions
• Optimize your creations based on data and performance feedback to improve conversion
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to translate their needs into effective media

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates your attention to detail, your level in layout and your ability to create effective visuals

Key Skills

• Mastery of layout rules, grids and visual hierarchy
• Very good level in typography, balance and composition
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Advanced mastery of Figma (organization, components, template systems)
• Very good understanding of social media formats and codes
