Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen IFC brands across Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets. This includes translating strategic direction into compelling designs for digital platforms and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into compelling designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, and motion/animation
• Collaborate with marketing teams and ensure projects align with brand guidelines
• Work with the production lead to meet required delivery timelines
• Contribute creative ideas and campaign brainstorming
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media
• Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in branding and design
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications and design, or a related field
• Experience overseeing visual elements across multiple channels, both digital and offline, ensuring effective brand application across all tactics
• Expertise using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and visual assets for web applications and social media
• Recognized experience in video editing and motion/animation
