Birdeye is seeking a UI-UX Designer to help maintain design quality, speed, and user focus across platforms, turning business goals and user needs into intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Deliver design specifications and assets to the development team
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience designing digital products (both web and mobile)
- Strong ability to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging interfaces
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
