Product Experience Designer

Remodel Health is seeking a Product Experience Designer to create best-in-class experiences for users. The designer will own the design process end-to-end, from initial user research and strategy to high fidelity user experience designs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• User research: create periodic user research efforts and feedback loops in collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders
• Experience design: lead user experience journey mapping, design sprints and service blueprint exercises
• Artifact creation: create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and comprehensive design artifacts
• Design system: own our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product touchpoints

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research
• Strong collaboration, communication and cross-functional experience across teams
• Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
