Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX strategy aligned with business goals and user needs
- Lead end-to-end design processes for high-impact initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices
- Influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights and design thinking
- Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders and executives
- Lead the adoption of AI-powered design tools to improve team efficiency and output quality
- Mentor designers on effective AI tool usage while maintaining design quality and originality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal role
- Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and design leadership
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
