Product Designers at Meta design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant while contributing to strategic decisions around the future direction of Meta products. They help creatively solve complex real-world problems and mentor a growing design community.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for supported platforms
- Discover new opportunities while supporting and improving the outcomes of existing products
- Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standards
- Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and the broader product team
Requirements
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense
- Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking
- Experience building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products
- Experience representing work to a broader product team and other stakeholders
- Interaction design experience with knowledge of defining how an experience should behave
