As a Lead Product Designer, you will develop and contribute to UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms. You will also guide the design process and mentor junior designers while ensuring designs align with user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and contributing to UX strategy and vision for product experiences
- Using influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes
- Facilitating multiple cross-functional working teams and collaborating across multiple design and product teams
- Creating design deliverables and guiding design process
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design work
- Expert skills in UX and product design
- Advanced proficiency in product design and prototyping tools
