You will design across the full user journey, focusing on high-converting landing pages, onboarding flows, and core product features. Your work will involve product improvements and targeted growth initiatives to help nonprofits succeed.
Responsibilities
- Design across the full user journey
- Translate data, user insights, and hypotheses into designs
- Report to Lead Product Designer and work closely with Growth and Product
- Help nonprofits discover, research, and manage grants
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong problem-solving and visual design skills
- Collaborative owner
- Strategic problem solver

- Generalist
Key Skills
- Genuine interest in nonprofits, early-stage startups, and B2B SaaS
- Strong foundation in product design
- Figma expertise
- Visual design fundamentals
- Usability and responsive design fundamentals
