Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI across our mobile apps, web app, marketing site, and internal tools—turning complex healthcare flows into simple, trustworthy experiences.
- Build our design systems from the ground up: components, patterns, and frameworks that let the whole company ship faster and more consistently.
- Apply excellent visual taste—clean hierarchy, polished UI, and strong aesthetic judgment—to ensure every surface feels modern and trustworthy.
- Bring clarity to ambiguity—turning fuzzy problem spaces into crisp concepts, prototypes, and smart tradeoffs for leadership to react to.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of product design experience, with real end-to-end ownership, ideally in consumer apps.
- Excellent visual taste—strong UI, clean hierarchy, and a high bar for polish across every surface.
- A user + data mindset, pairing qualitative feedback with analytics to drive decisions.
Key Skills
- Thrive in 0-1, high-velocity environments, moving from concept → prototype → launch quickly.
- Communicate clearly and expose your thinking - making collaboration with our CEO, eng, and product crisp and fast.
- Operate with true ownership: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect info.
