Own UX/UI across mobile and web platforms, transforming complex healthcare flows into simple experiences. Build design systems and partner with engineering and product management to drive product strategy and coherence.
Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI across our mobile apps, web app, marketing site, and internal toolsâturning complex healthcare flows into simple, trustworthy experiences.
- Build our design systems from the ground up: components, patterns, and frameworks that let the whole company ship faster and more consistently.
- Apply excellent visual tasteâclean hierarchy, polished UI, and strong aesthetic judgmentâto ensure every surface feels modern and trustworthy.
- Bring clarity to ambiguityâturning fuzzy problem spaces into crisp concepts, prototypes, and smart tradeoffs for leadership to react to.
Requirements
- 4â7+ years of product design experience, with real end-to-end ownership, ideally in consumer apps.
- Excellent visual tasteâstrong UI, clean hierarchy, and a high bar for polish across every surface.
- A user + data mindset, pairing qualitative feedback with analytics to drive decisions.

- Thrive in 0-1, high-velocity environments, moving from concept â prototype â launch quickly.
- Communicate clearly and expose your thinking - making collaboration with our CEO, eng, and product crisp and fast.
