Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs by incorporating user research insights and delivering high-quality design artifacts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on UX goals and ensure design consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs
- Establish and maintain a clear experience vision aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals
- Champion the adoption of design systems and standards to ensure consistency, cohesion, and brand alignment across products and experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- 2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
- Experience with modern design tools such as Figma and a curiosity for emerging design technologies
