KPMG is seeking a UI/UX Designer (Manager) to join their Audit Technology Alliance organization, leading the design of intuitive and user-centric experiences for generative AI products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, effective, and user-centric experiences for generative AI products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, and audit professionals
- Establish and champion a comprehensive design system
- Drive the product's user-centric evolution by conducting user research and analyzing feedback
- Develop and own the end-to-end user journey map
- Provide hands-on creation of high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent professional experience in UI/UX design for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing sophisticated, user-centric interfaces
Key Skills
- Expertise in designing sophisticated, user-centric interfaces
- Proven experience working within an Agile development environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
