The Web & Graphic Designer will develop and enhance the brand’s main website, create landing pages, and design digital marketing materials. They will collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets while ensuring responsive layouts for various screen resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing the brand's main website
- Creating landing pages
- Building and maintaining Web-focused design systems
- Designing banners and other digital marketing materials
- Supporting the preparation of presentations for talks and events
- Creating interactive prototypes
- Adapting website layouts for different screen resolutions
- Collaborating with the development team and handing off design assets
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Willingness to complete a test task
- A portfolio is mandatory
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently
- Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
- English at Intermediate level is a plus
- Russian is a mandatory
- Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.)
