Jr. Graphic Designer & Content Creator - On-site

The Jr. Graphic Designer & Content Creator will assist in supporting branding, marketing, and event efforts. Responsibilities include designing promotional materials, creating video content, and maintaining brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Assist Graphic Designer as assigned
- Design flyers, menus, event promos, signage, and digital assets
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist with pitch decks, BEOs, and sponsorship materials
- Maintain brand identity and seasonal updates across entire eatery
- Organize and manage photo/content libraries
- Work closely with Marketing PR & Events teams to hit deadlines
- Stay on top of trends and apply creative thinking to content
- Follow direction of management team, adhere to attendance policy, and follow all safety rules and procedures
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva)
- Strong design acumen for print, web, and social media
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team
Key Skills
- Experience with video content, including editing video content in Photoshop
