Senior Product Designer

EchoStar is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience and overall product direction for their offerings, leading design strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring products are both usable and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the enterprise design systems
• Generate and structure unbiased research scripts independently and advise others how to do the same
• Define and drive product/team objectives and key results, roadmap and vision alongside product management and tech leads
• Demonstrate how Product Design, Product Management and engineering partner to create highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI or similar from a four-year college or university or certification or relevant work experience
• At least 5 years experience as a UX, Product Designer, or similar role
• Real-world experience applying principles of agile, Design Thinking, and/or User-Centered Design processes and methods to the product development life-cycle
