Bangladesh Maritime Training Institute Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to handle design tasks, including social media posts, ad creatives, banners, websites, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, banners, websites, and marketing materials
• Create innovative visuals aligned with our brand identity
• Use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator professionally
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Designing marketing materials such as banners, leaflets, signboards, posters, newsletters, and digital presentations
• Developing event branding visuals (backdrops, standees, stage banners, etc.) and promotional materials as required
• Editing and producing videos for digital and social media platforms, maintaining storytelling, pacing, and color grading quality
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and improve visual strategies

Requirements

• BBA/MBA or any other relevant degree in any discipline from a reputed University
• 3 to 5 year(s) of experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content design strategies
