UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

You will own the entire design process for a core product area, engaging directly with engineers to uncover real problems and translating engineering workflows into design opportunities. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, facilitating design sessions, and collaborating with developers during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire design process for a core product area within the Agentic Ants, our Agentic AI product team
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather user feedback to define and iterate ideas and potential innovative solutions
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that adhere to design guidelines, best practices, accessibility and usability standards
• Collaborate effectively with multiple team roles to identify user needs and translate them into user-friendly design solutions
• Work closely with the product manager and tech lead to discover and solve problems for customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise products with complex workflows
• Proven track record of end-to-end design ownership, from discovery research through shipped product
• Strong visual design skills: sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and can demonstrate polished UI work in portfolio
• Figma proficiency at a level where you're pushing the tool's limits, not learning basics
