Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will shape the product and key initiatives through your curiosity and proactiveness. You will participate in strategic discussions and leverage your experience to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather user feedback to define and iterate ideas and potential innovative solutions
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that adhere to design guidelines, best practices, accessibility and usability standards
• Collaborate effectively with multiple team roles to identify user needs and translate them into user-friendly design solutions
• Participate in agile development processes, including design sprints, user story mapping and sprint review
• Work closely with the product manager and tech lead to discover and solve problems for customers

Requirements

• Well experienced in product design, namely with shipping user-facing features or products
• Able to conduct exploratory user research, setup and conduct usability testing sessions
• Obsessed with user problems and in understating root causes, and place user research at heart of any discovery process
• Comfortable with design processes and methodologies, capable to adapt frameworks to different realities, and continuously welcome and try new approaches

Key Skills

• Strong visual design skills
• Proficient in Figma, Notion, Slack
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High-level technical knowledge
