Product Designer

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user needs and create user-friendly design solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with multiple team roles to identify user needs and translate them into user-friendly design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather user feedback to define and iterate ideas and potential innovative solutions
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that adhere to design guidelines, best practices, accessibility and usability standards
• Contribute to the design system and design patterns development, while ensuring consistency and scalability across all Matrix42 products and features
• Participate in agile development processes, including design sprints, user story mapping and sprint review

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar design position
• Strong portfolio showcasing the design process, problem-solving skills and outcomes
• Ability to prioritize and connect UX findings with high impact business goals
• Strong visual design skills, focused on building user interfaces for enterprise applications
• Proficient in any of the modern design tools like Figma, Sketch or others
