Collaborate with the UX design team throughout the design process, from research and conceptualization to implementation and continuous evaluation. Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, using insights to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UX design team in the design process, from research to implementation and evaluation
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, and use insights to inform design
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Learn and efficiently use prototyping tools like Figma, demonstrating continuous growth in platform knowledge
- Help manage and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and visual quality throughout product development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, functional analysts, and business experts, to ensure effective design implementation
Requirements
- 2/3 years of experience in a similar position, creating digital products
- Experience in designing digital products, with a focus on the financial sector
- Advanced knowledge and experience with design tools, especially Figma
- Strong skills in user research, data analysis, and decision-making based on insights
- Previous experience in startups is highly valued
- Strong communication and presentation skills
