Own the end-to-end user experience for projects of moderate to high complexity, applying user-centered and evidence-based UX methods. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data science partners to scope features and validate feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for projects of moderate to high complexity
- Apply user-centered and evidence-based UX methods to create useful, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences
- Lead discovery with research: plan studies, synthesize insights, and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Design high-quality multi-step flows, wireframes, concepts, and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data science partners to scope features, validate feasibility, and ship to production
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing the full UX/product design lifecycle for shipped products
- A minimum of 3 years designing complex consumer or enterprise applications
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with industry-recognized design processes applied pragmatically
- Breadth across UX disciplines: research partnership, interaction design, service design, and visual design
