UX Product Designer

The UX/Product Designer will collaborate with various teams to understand user needs and business goals, applying findings from usability testing to improve user experiences. They will create user-centered designs and ensure consistency with design systems while maintaining high usability and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Apply findings from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experience
• Create user-centred designs based on business requirements and user feedback
• Design lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Ensure consistency with design systems (Hinge and Axis) and maintain high standards of usability and accessibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and working within large design systems.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.
• Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to guide design decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
