- Stay ahead of trends, analyzing how new products meet market demands and customer preferences
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence
- Share work in design reviews and gather feedback from leadership
- Improve designs based on user feedback (quantitative & qualitative)
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant design experience (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with modern design tools and processes like facilitation, research, interaction, and visual design
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business goals
