The Product Designer will work closely with their team to understand user needs and translate them into product solutions. They will engage in discovery processes, design user flows, and collaborate with development teams to implement features.
Responsibilities
- Understand and prioritize problems, speak with users, define solutions and bring them to life with your team
- Design solutions and translate them into the language of the development team
- Coordinate with your team to communicate each change and collect feedback from users and the internal team
Requirements
- 3+ years in product digital or a hybrid role
- Experience designing flows and screens in tools like Figma
- Experience with discovery: interviews, insight synthesis, problem prioritization
- Ability to work autonomously
