Senior Product Designer, Driver Experience

The Senior Product Designer will own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of the Driver domain within the Ridehailing team. This role involves delivering exceptional quality products that meet user and business needs across various domains.
Responsibilities
- Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts to initiate product momentum
- Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life
- Advocate for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team
- Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation
- Contribute to evolving design systems and ensuring consistency in UI/UX patterns
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
- Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms
- Highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools
