Product Designer - Design, Dev, & AI Tools

Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction while working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers. Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma’s core product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
• Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft
• Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
• A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch
• The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
