Run the full research process end-to-end, defining research goals and creating tailored research scenarios. Work closely with product teams to uncover user needs and communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full research process end-to-end: define research goals, build hypotheses, and create research scenarios tailored to real product problems
  • Recruit US customers for interviews
  • Work closely with product teams to uncover user needs, behaviours, and motivations through qualitative research
  • Communicate insights in real-time through Slack, quick debriefs, and live sessions

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a UX Researcher (mid/senior level)
  • Ability to define clear research goals, hypotheses, and scenarios
  • Strong experience with Dovetail (or similar tools) for synthesis and tagging
  • Experience with Amplitude (or similar analytics tools) for behavioural analysis
  • Fluent English

Key Skills

  • Dovetail (or similar tools) for synthesis and tagging
  • Amplitude (or similar analytics tools) for behavioural analysis
  • Experience with Sprig / Amplitude Surveys or equivalent
  • Ability to design and run qualitative interviews, usability tests, concept validations, and exploratory research
  • Hands-on experience with AI research tools
