Capital Group seeks a skilled writer to create engaging and informative content for investors and financial professionals, aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer service content, including email, web, FAQs, help or how-to content
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand voice and messaging
• Foster relationships with internal business stakeholders to help ensure messaging aligns with objectives and strategies

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of copywriting experience in financial services or a related industry
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Skills

• Strong writing skills with the ability to write in a clear, concise and engaging manner
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and digital channels, including email and web content
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
